We offer Standard Shipping for all of our products, ensuring a reliable and timely service for both domestic and international orders.

Shipping Method and Delivery Times:

Military Address Shipping:

We proudly offer shipping to US military addresses (APO, FPO, and DPO). All orders to military addresses are shipped via USPS and may take 15-30 business days for delivery. Please note that tracking updates may stop once the package reaches the military hub, but your order will still be on its way.

Military Address Format:

To ensure proper delivery, please use the following format for APO, FPO, or DPO addresses:

• Country: United States (even if the destination is outside the US).
• State: AA (Armed Forces Americas), AE (Armed Forces Europe), or AP (Armed Forces Pacific).
• Address Line 1: Unit and Box numbers.
• Address Line 2 (Optional): Only include if there’s a Forward Operating Base (FOB).
• City: APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office), or DPO (Diplomatic Post Office).
• Zip Code: The appropriate military zip code.

Return Policy

At Energy Healing Now, every item is made-to-order to ensure it’s personalized just for you. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. We are committed to making sure you are satisfied with your purchase.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, we will happily offer a free replacement or a full refund. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and provide a clear photo showing the issue. Our support team will work quickly to resolve the matter.

Hassle-Free Returns for Other Concerns:

While we cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes, colors, or a change of mind after purchase, we are dedicated to helping you make informed decisions before ordering. Please check our detailed size guides and product descriptions carefully. If you need help before making a purchase, our customer support team is always available to assist you.

What to Expect:

• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
• If your payment was made in a currency other than USD, the refund will be processed to your original payment source.
• For orders involving multiple items with the same design, please provide photos of all affected items for a swift resolution.

Delivery & Print Considerations:

• If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, you can choose to have a reprint (with an additional charge) or opt for a partial refund.
• For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) products, slight variations in print placement (up to 0.5") are considered standard and are not viewed as defects.
